The Pipeline Arbitration Secretariat of Natural Resources Canada is looking for part-time Arbitration Committee members and Negotiators in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta for current and future cases.


They are seeking lawyers, preferably with experience in mediation and arbitration, to resolve compensation disputes between landowners and pipeline companies. For more details, please click here.

Note: they also accept resumes on an ongoing basis for future cases.

The time required for most cases is approximately 5-10 days of work for arbitration cases, and 4-5 days for negotiation/mediation cases, spread out over several months. The rate of pay is $67.00/hour and can be billed in small increments (0.25 or 0.10 hours) on a monthly basis (or less frequently depending on the level of activity).

Public Works and Government Services Canada is requesting applications for Alternative Dispute Resolution Services in Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, National Capital Region, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.

These Professional Services will be required within five (5) streams of service as identified below:

 Stream 1 - Conflict Coaching

·         Stream 2 - Mediation / Facilitation Conversation

·         Stream 3 - Group Processes and Work Place Assessment

·         Stream 4 - Commercial / Business - Facilitated Discussion / Mediation and Arbitration

·         Stream 5 - Conflict Management Training
