Join us Thursday May 23rd for our 2024 Annual General Meeting from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Wanuskewin Heritage Park – Saskatoon, SK.

No charge for this event except for the Wanuskewin parking fee – however, ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED by Friday May 17 at 11:59pm.

All AGM Business materials will be issued 21 days in advance. 

As part of our Annual Board of Directors election process, members in good standing are invited to consider who they might wish to nominate to stand for election.  This year, with term expirations and resignations, there are 5 Board of Director positions to be filled – with two term expiration Directors letting their name stand for re-election (Albert Benesh and Rodger Linka).  We are, therefore, looking for at least 3 more candidate nominees to bring our Board to the maximum 10 persons. 

If you know of a member who you believe would be an asset to the leadership of our organization, please reach out to that person and confirm their willingness to allow their name to stand for election and (upon their acquiescence) submit their nomination directly via email to [email protected] not later than midnight April 19th.  In your nomination submission, ensure you provide confirmation the nominee agrees to their candidacy.  There will be no nominations from the floor at the AGM.

After a short break following the business session, the 2024 Learning Event will present: 

New Ideas / New Opportunities for ADR in Saskatchewan

1. Mediation in Business Insolvency – presented by Josie Parisi and Matti Lemmens
2. Ensuring DEI in ADR - presented by Julian Bodnar
3. Changes to SK Child Support Calculations – presented by Tina Halback
4. Opportunities for Arbitrators & Small & Medium Business Disputes – Mike Schafler

Lunch & Refreshments will be provided.
